Thanks for getting back to me so soon, the existing one (portrait) was done 15 years ago when the last dog was alive, I believe it is pastel, which is part of the reason I chose to contact you. The main reason however is from the examples in your gallery, you seem to capture the dogs' personality better than any of the other artists whose work I looked at while searching for someone to do this portrait for me.'

And, on receipt of emailed scan of completed work, 'That is very impressive, we are very happy with the result, and it is a perfect likeness. Even as a small picture, detail is superb, can't wait to see it framed up and on the wall now.'
